Newsletter Subscription

When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email address is collected and managed by Mailchimp. We use Mailchimp to send updates and news about our assets. Your data is processed according to Mailchimp's privacy policies and GDPR compliance.

Contact Form

When you submit a message via our contact form, your information (e.g., name, email, message) is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Messages are sent directly to our email via Gmail SMTP and transmitted securely using standard encryption protocols. We do not store personal data on our servers. Any data included in the email is deleted or handled only as required by law after processing your request.

Spam and Abuse Protection (Google reCAPTCHA)

To protect our online forms (such as the contact and newsletter subscription forms) from spam and abuse, we use Google reCAPTCHA v3. This service analyzes your interactions with our site to determine whether you are a human user. Google may collect data such as IP address, browser details, and mouse or keyboard activity for this purpose.

The use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’sPrivacy Policy andTerms of Service. This data is used only to protect our website from automated abuse and spam. We do not store or process any data from reCAPTCHA on our own servers.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics collects anonymous information such as page views, session duration, and traffic sources (e.g., referring websites or UTM campaign parameters). IP addresses are anonymized before being processed or stored (“IP anonymization”), so no personal data is transmitted to Google.

Our GA4 configuration is privacy-focused: no advertising, personalization, or cross-account tracking signals are enabled. Only essential analytics data is collected.

The data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. (for EU users) and may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States. Data transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to ensure adequate protection.

Since IPs are anonymized and no marketing cookies are set, this processing does not require consent under GDPR.

We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) – e.g., newsletter subscription and contact form submission.
• Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) – e.g., website security, prevention of abuse, and the use of Google reCAPTCHA to protect forms from spam.

Google reCAPTCHA is provided by Google LLC (USA). Data processed by reCAPTCHA is used exclusively for spam and abuse prevention and handled according to Google’s privacy terms. We do not store any reCAPTCHA-related data ourselves.

Since our website is hosted on Netlify (AWS), some technical data may be processed in the United States. Netlify has implemented SCCs under the GDPR to protect this data.
